Screenshot Contest
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your participation in the Weekly Screenshot Contest (Contest), hosted by Happy Volcano BV (Organizer) in respect of the game Midnight Moments (the Game).
By entering the Contest, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.
Eligibility
- The Contest is open to residents worldwide.
- Participants must be 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Organizer, affiliated companies, and influencers involved in the Contest, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements
- Participants must submit a screenshot from the game to the Steam Community Hub Screenshot section.
- The screenshot cannot be altered from the image taken in-Game and cannot include any markings, notations, materials or assets from outside the Game.
Contest Period
- Contests will run from 30 July 2026 until 30 August 2026.
Winner selection
- For this round the dev team will pick a winner and it will be announced on Steam and Discord.
- If a winner does not respond within 10 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The Organizer's decision on the winners and awarding of prizes will be final and conclusive.
Prize
- The winner will receive an exclusive Midnight Moments hoody.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Prizes are subject to availability.
Regional Restrictions
Due to shipping or legal limitations, we are unable to accept prize claims from the following countries or territories:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Additional exclusions may apply based on shipping constraints.
Residents of these regions may still participate in the contest and be featured on official channels, but physical prizes cannot be awarded.
Please note that local tariffs/customs charges may apply.
Publicity
- By entering the Contest, participants agree that the Organizer may use their Discord name and entry for promotional purposes relating to the Contest
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:- Follow the rules of the Contest as outlined in these Terms.
- Comply with our Rules of Conduct. The Organizer and influencers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or our Terms of Use.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Organizer will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- By entering the Contest, you consent to the Organizer collecting and using your personal data for Contest-related purposes.
Liability
- The Organizer is not liable for technical issues, disruptions, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms or participant equipment.
- The Organizer may operate the Contest through third party social media platforms and our activities are in no way endorsed by or associated with such third parties.
Changes to the Contest
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
- If the Contest is canceled, participants will be notified, and no compensation will be provided.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
